The BitCar team approached Cliento with a clear goal: to connect with their target audience, educate them on how automotive leasing works, and generate qualified leads through digital channels.

An integrated strategy was designed and implemented to optimize digital touchpoints and maximize advertising efficiency.

Key actions included:

Website architecture optimization 

The site’s architecture was redesigned to improve user experience, facilitate navigation on both mobile and desktop, and maximize conversions from service request submissions.

A clear and hierarchical structure was implemented to reduce friction and intuitively guide leads toward key conversion points.

 

Full-Funnel advertising strategy

Over 10 always-on and time-sensitive campaigns were launched on Google and Meta Ads. Platform configurations were optimized to improve segmentation and ad performance.

Key messages were defined and creatives—both static and video—were developed to align with different stages of the funnel and customer journey.

Remarketing campaigns were also launched, along with search intent–based structures to capture high-intent leads.

 

Data-driven experimentation

Ongoing A/B testing was conducted to determine which messages, creatives, or audience segments performed best.

Variables such as gender and browsing behavior were used to fine-tune segmentation and make continuous adjustments.

This enabled progressive improvement of KPIs week over week, optimizing every dollar spent on media.
