01. The Challenge

IPADE Business School approached us with the goal of generating qualified leads with the right profile for the MEDEX program.

02. The Solution

Cliento developed a tailored strategy focused on lead generation, centered around the following actions:

Mapping the customer journey

Key touchpoints were identified, and personalized messaging was crafted for each stage of the funnel. This allowed the communication to address the buyer persona’s real needs and drive stronger conversions.

Email marketing

A thorough data cleanup was performed to ensure emails were delivered to active contacts with demonstrated interest and optimal conditions for conversion.

During the enrollment period, over 35,000 emails were sent as part of an intensive lead nurturing strategy targeting qualified prospects.

The emails included content about the program offering, invitations, and reminders for in-person events—strategically promoted to reinforce conversion intent.

Paid media on key channels

More than 10 campaigns were launched across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), featuring over 15 creative assets in various formats.

The content was focused on highlighting the program’s academic caliber and key value propositions such as the educational model, international recognition, and networking opportunities.

Video marketing

Videos were produced to communicate the academic and professional benefits of the program, including alumni testimonials—enabling prospects to visualize their goals and project their future careers.

03. The Results

Among the key outcomes achieved for IPADE’s MEDEX program:

+30% increase in digital-origin enrollments

compared to the previous cycle, driven by email marketing and paid advertising efforts.

+49% of total enrollments in the latest cycle came from digital channels

with LinkedIn, Google, and WhatsApp as key acquisition sources.
